The biggest women’s sporting event on the planet is coming to New Zealand. The ICC Women’s World Cup 2022 is shaping up to be one of the most exciting tournaments ever. With the best cricketing nations in the world coming together to compete for ICC glory, you don’t want to miss it! This summer, New Zealand is being given the chance to host the biggest women’s sporting event on the planet. The ICC Women’s World Cup is one of the biggest events in world cricket. With eight teams competing over six weeks, the tournament has been a showcase of the best women’s cricket on offer. The tournament also features a first-ever final, with England and New Zealand fighting it out over five days at the picturesque Adelaide Oval.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced that the 2022 Women’s ODI World Cup will be hosted by New Zealand and will be staged across three cities – Auckland, Whangarei, and Hamilton. The tournament will be jointly hosted by the New Zealand Cricket (NZC) and the Northern Districts Cricket Association (NDCA), which will be the first time that co-hosts have been appointed for a Women’s ODI World Cup. The tournament is scheduled to take place from August 1 to 19, 2022, and will be the first time that New Zealand has hosted a Women’s ODI World Cup.
