What is weakness and strength of Mark Zuckerberg?

Life skills are commonly taught by our parents because these skills will become our strengths in the future, but it is also possible to learn these skills from other people. A great example of this is Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. He served as an example of what success really feels like through his public experience. Mark Zuckerberg's strengths are listed below-

·     LEADERSHIP QUALITY: No structured leadership has ever been followed by Mark Zuckerberg. His words were very encouraging. A relaxed and friendly workplace was his goal. His leadership style can be described as strong, liberal, and open-minded all at once. Yet Mark has been working on becoming more communicative throughout this past year. This is the quality that makes him a transformative leader.

·     BEING ABLE TO TAKE CRITICISM: Many people have criticized Mark Zuckerberg for his decisions. As a result of some serious charges of privacy violations against him a few years back, and having to go to court, he gained a considerable amount of popularity. Nevertheless, he never gave up and took all the blame positively. Throughout life, criticism teaches lessons, and he considers it a part of that. The best way to deal with them is to accept them.

·     HAVING THE RIGHT PEOPLE AROUND HIM IS VITAL: Zuckerberg's visionary ability has always assisted him in making good connections. He was initially criticized for the idea of creating Facebook but soon got a team together with some friends who believed in him and helped him launch Facebook. Still, Mark always manages to find the right people to work with him. Facebook'sCOO, Sheryl Sandberg, who has played a key role in the company's success, wasn't widely accepted in the early days by its other members. He hired Sheryl to show others how right he was in believing in him.

·      THE NEW WAY OF THINKING: Mark Zuckerberg, with his amazing programming knowledge, has built Facebook with incredible precision, but many people have that knowledge, but others have not. Mark likes to see things differently because he possesses visionary power. Several communication platforms existed before Facebook, but they mostly offered ordinary features. However, Mark wanted to create something unique. Even now, he continues to offer his unique vision and ideas to make Facebook an even better place.

·     CREATING A STRONG COMPANY CULTURE: Facebook doesn't operate like your normal workplace. There are no rigid workplace rules or hierarchies. The company values and rewards creativity, innovation, and outside-the-box thinking. The office is an open office, so employees can work anywhere as long as they are relaxed. Facebook's office design is one of its most distinctive features. Zuckerberg thought all these ideas could help create an environment where people don't feel pressured and enjoy working, and he mainly came up with them.

As part of his strategy, Mark Zuckerberg focuses on where he excels: product design and strategy. He delegated tasks that he is not so good at, such as day-to-day management and operations, to people who have more practical experience. Mark Zuckerberg has the following strengths:

·           HIS VISION IS CLEAR: The world he was envisioning was more open and interconnected. While growing Facebook, he has remained true to his vision, building an app that offers value and connects people. Zuckerberg was never looking to make money right from the start because he lived frugally. In addition to thinking ahead, he pushed himself and the rest of his team to put all of their creativity into their work.

·         HE STEPS OUTSIDE OF HIS COMFORT ZONE: Being a great leader means going further and doing things other people won't. Despite being uncomfortable with some of the things he had to do like traveling across continents to speak to audiences about his vision he worked his tail off and did the things that were necessary to become successful.

·         MISTAKES ARE NOT A CONCERN FOR HIM: It was often necessary for Zuckerberg to backtrack on changes that didn't work, so he was willing to take risks. The fact that he was not satisfied with that, however, didn't dampen his appetite for innovation, and Facebook has an ethos of innovation, so we can have some confidence it will continue over the next few years.

·         CRITICS ARE WELCOME TO HIS IDEAS: Although many young people would have withered in the face of public criticism, including the creation of an unflattering movie about him, he took it in stride, screening the movie for the entire staff.

·        RESOLVING PROBLEMS: A focus on solving problems has always been part of Zuckerberg's nature. " Whenever I considered creating a business, there had to be a pertinent problem I could

solve to benefit the consumer or business" in the biography he wrote about himself.

As an example of what real success feels like, we can look at Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. Zuck is very likable, friendly, and philanthropic, he takes great pride in his humanitarian outlook. He seems to be incredibly intelligent and humble at the same time. Dresses in a non-professional manner most of the time, but makes up for it by maintaining good posture and wearing clean, neat clothing. The following are some of Mark Zuckerberg's strengths:

·         VISION: Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg has played a more active role in shaping the business landscape globally in recent years, showing that he is more than a total success. The recent U.N. address shown how he is concerned about human rights and social issues' future, and he expressed his concern for expanding Internet access to developing nations. Among the various ways, Zuckerberg has worked to tackle the ills of the world is by meeting with country leaders.

·         GRATITUDE: Zuckerberg isn't affected by public criticism. You will learn that ignoring the noise around us has given you the energy to use that you would have wasted worrying about what others may think about you. Focusing your attention on what really matters and leaving the rest behind is critical.

·         COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY: Facebook's founder has always been personally responsible for employee communication, unlike most leaders. The idea that he would apply this principle to his employees is logical given that he has built a company that encourages interaction between people. The Facebook staff is known to speak to anyone walking by, ask questions, and become familiar on a personal level. Communicating openly with your team helps you build trust and become a stronger leader.
