When you are working from home there are many tips which include that you should make some boundaries at work. If your availability is constant then it will not leave any room for responses which will be delayed. There are some people around you and if you notice them you will find that they are online every time and even on the weekends and this social media gathering may cause major interruptions during your work.

Among all the tips, one important tip include that you need to exercise regularly as physical fitness is very much required for your body and also for your brain health. If you exercise regularly then it will help in the productivity increase and also increase of energy. Continuously if you sit in a chair it may cause spondylitis so you can do a little free exercise by sitting in the chair itself.
