Burger King is one of the world’s most popular fast food chains and the Burger king case study has also become famous. It has more than 17,000 outlets in more than 100 countries. The company is also one of the world’s largest restaurant chains. The company was founded in 1953 by Keith J. Kramer and Matthew Burns. It was originally called Insta-Burger King, but later changed its name to Burger King in 1957 when it became a publicly-traded company on the New York Stock Exchange. The company's signature product is the Whopper sandwich, which has been their main promotional item for decades.

In recent years, Burger King has been using artificial intelligence to engage with customers on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. The company created a chatbot named "King" that can answer questions about menu items and provide specials on different days of the week. In addition to this chatbot, Burger King has been using artificial intelligence bots to post content on Facebook for them.
