Elon Musk is the CEO of Tesla, a company that manufactures electric cars. He recently made comments at a Chinese government event in Beijing. He praised Chinese workers and said they are the "world's smartest". He also said that he has been impressed with their work ethic and how hard they work. Elon Musk's comments come after Tesla announced plans to build a factory in Shanghai.
