There is one thing you should know that if you are in a way of starting an organization then gender plays a major role where they predict that will they be appropriate to become an entrepreneur or not. Male entrepreneurs are much more than females. It is a big puzzle that why female entrepreneurs are less? There are many places where females do have innovative ideas than men. You can also check out that the organizations run by females are much more successful.

There is a puzzle that needs to be solved by research that why females are considered to be less applicable as an entrepreneur. While starting a business you need to take a lot of risks and it is just like buying a ticket of the lottery. You have to be confident enough to start a business otherwise you will lose it. You have to believe in yourself that you can do better than any people around you.

It is the fact that overconfidence is one of the biggest predictors of psychology and it will predict whether you will be successful in your startup or not. In one of the research, it is found that men are very easily adaptable to the error of attribution fundamentally. Men are much more confident than women and they also can take the high risk to bring success which a woman will not be able to reach. Women have their way of judgment accurately and they take the risk in a particular way.
