Bookkeeping is always important to know how the business is growing in its way. There is much importance in bookkeeping and one of them includes creating a record of financial transactions. If all the records of financial transactions are kept properly then in case of any audit it would become easier to maintain the books properly. But don't be jumbled up between a bookkeeper and an accountant.

The profession of a bookkeeper is mainly to maintain and record the transactions financially. A bookkeeper of a firm is usually involved in the payment section, tax invoices, revenue generated in sales, purchases, and outlay. The tasks which are carried out by a bookkeeper include transactions that are recorded financially, reconciliation of bank account, to handle payables of account and so on.
