Make a skincare routine for yourself, one for the daytime and one for night time. Following a skincare routine will help your skin maintain good health and will give a younger-looking glow. Maintaining your skin will help get rid of dark spots, acne, and tanning. There are 4 basic steps you should follow daily without fail :
Cleansing your face two times a day. Choose a good cleanser that suits your skin type, doesn’t make your skin dry and you are not allergic to it. Cleansing helps remove all dust and oils from your face.
Serums – A serum with vitamin c is very important for your skin. This should be applied in the morning time.
Moisturizer
- is a vital part of your skin routine. Use a light weighted cream that doesn’t make your skin oily.
Sunscreen – apply a generous amount of sunscreen and choose one that has at least 30 SPF blockers. Darker skin tone needs to apply more sunscreen to avoid hyperpigmentation.

Beautiful skin and face attract everyone, it gives a natural glow. You don’t need any makeup if you are blessed with flawless skin naturally. Here are some simple tips which will help you keep your skin beautiful and healthy.
Protecting your skin from harmful rays of the sun: If your skin is exposed to the sunlight then it will cause wrinkles, age spots, and other skin problems will start to occur. It also has a high chance of skin cancer. So to avoid these issues apply a good sunscreen.
Stop smoking: smoking will make your skin older and very dull. It takes away the natural look from your skin.
Everyone should treat their skin gently. Shower less, moisturize your skin, pat dry your body after showering, and do not use strong soaps.
Always eat healthy food, have lots of fruits and vegetables. Maintain a healthy diet, consume a lot of proteins, vitamins, minerals and drink plenty of water.
Last but not least have control over your stress. Stress triggers skin breakouts and other skin problems. If you have stress you won't be able to get enough sleep.
