Approximately a year has passed since Two Dots, a puzzle game for iOS, came out. The game was updated with new levels and features. It is undoubtedly among the best games available. The game is simple but well-constructed, and it causes your brain to release a tiny amount of serotonin in response. Two Dots has levels that are made specifically by humans, instead of the randomly generated, endless levels you get in games such as Candy Crush and the original Dots. Although luck plays a role, there's also a chance that you'll discover a hidden trick that will allow you to beat a certain level. There are only five lives, which regenerate every 20 minutes. For a few bucks, you can spend a boost or a pop-up. It's possible to do just fine without spending any money, but you'll progress at a slower pace.
The number of levels has reached 3575 by August 22nd, 2021. At the beginning of each level, the player is presented with the objectives, as well as the number of moves required to complete them.
At the beginning of a level, a set of dots fall from the top of the screen. Making moves requires connecting two dots of the same color. Horizontal or vertical connections are allowed, but not diagonal ones. All the connected dots are eliminated from the game area, and dots very directly above them will drop down until they hit other dots or ground below. As soon as the player makes an alternating group of four identical dots, all of the dots of that color in the game area disappear, and any dots inside the circuit explode in all eight directions once those dots dropdown. If the player cannot connect two same-colored adjacent dots, the dots are automatically scrambled, similar to other games. Use shufflers, erasers, targets, and color boosters if you are finding it difficult to clear each stage.
