When it was first announced back in January, Dapper Labs’s Genies platform was one of the most anticipated new features for the Ethereum ecosystem. Genies were initially billed as ERC-721 tokens, but the white paper subsequently changed that designation to NFTs. It was also recently revealed that Dapper Labs is working on The Warehouse, its crypto platform designed to let users manage their collections of NFTs. Dapper Labs, the gaming startup that raised $50 million in venture funding last year, is taking its biggest shot yet at the industry with the launch of The Warehouse, its new crypto game platform. The Warehouse is a collection of virtual goods created on the Dapper Labs Genies platform, which is available to developers as a framework for creating their games and apps.
