The most common problem of being isolated at work is that you cannot raise your voice for any opinion. If you cannot share your thoughts and problems with others then it is the major problem that needs to be changed. In many Businesses, employees are ordered to work remotely. By working remotely employees often feel isolated as you need someone to talk with or to discuss your problems and inner thoughts.
