Almost every ***** in the body suffers damage caused by smoking. Approximately 30 people suffer serious illnesses related to smoking for every smoker who dies. Several health problems can result from smoking cigarettes. The health effects of tobacco are the same no matter what form you use to smoke. Whether acetone, tar, or nicotine, no tobacco product is safe. Your lungs are not the only ***** affected when you inhale substances, your entire body can be affected by them.

You can suffer from various health complications caused by smoking, whether short-term or long-term. Some of the ***** effects you can experience when you smoke occur right away, however. In addition to lung diseases, smoking causes cancer, diabetes, COPD, lung cancer,  and heart disease.

SOME OF THE DANGEROUS EFFECTS OF THE SMOKING:

·        AFFECTED LUNGS

The inhalation of nicotine and additional chemicals from cigarettes adversely affects lung health. The risk of lung cancer is significantly increased by smoking cigarettes. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease may also be caused by smoking cigarettes.

·        THE DISEASE OF THE HEART

Cigarette smoking can cause heart, blood vessels, and brain damage. Smoking may cause a person to develop atherosclerosis, a condition that is caused by plaque build-up in the blood vessels, because of the chemicals and tar present in cigarettes. As a result, blood flow is restricted, and blockages can occur.

·        PROBLEMS WITH FERTILITY

Females can have problems getting pregnant if they smoke cigarettes - their reproductive systems can be damaged. Cigarettes may affect hormone levels due to tobacco and other substances.

·        DEFICIENCY IN IMMUNITY

As smoking weakens a person's immune system, they are more likely to get sick. Additionally, it may cause the body to become inflamed.

·        THE RISK OF DEVELOPING TYPE 2 DIABETES

Smokers have a 30-60 percent higher risk of TYPE 2 DIABETES, according to the CDC. The ability to manage diabetes with smoking can also be affected.

·        EYE PROBLEMS

When you smoke cigarettes, you are more likely to develop cataracts and age-related macular degeneration.

·        POOR DENTAL HEALTH

The chances of developing gum disease are doubled for smokers. Smokers are more likely to develop this condition if they smoke more cigarettes.

·        INCREASING RISK OF CANCERS

Smoking cigarettes can also cause other forms of cancer in addition to lung cancer. The risk of bladder cancer is three times greater for people who smoke more than 2 times per day. The risk of stomach cancer can also double for those who smoke cigarettes. In particular, stomach cancer to be caused by tobacco is often found near the esophagus.

·        APPETITE LOSS

The taste buds are impaired by smoking, so eating is less enjoyable. This can lead to losing appetite and weight.

·        COUGHING

You have heard of the term smokers cough? It is caused by damage to the airways in the lungs

·        HAVING A HIGH CHOLESTEROL LEVEL

The smoke from tobacco lowers your good cholesterol and raises your bad cholesterol. Furthermore, it increases your total cholesterol and triglyceride levels, which are fats that accumulate in your body.
