Investing in real estate is a very good investment but you need to keep an eye on some of the negative aspects of it.

Real estate is very uncertain, it takes time to sell real estate it might take months weeks, and years.

The transaction price is very expensive. It takes dollars to buy or sell a piece of real estate. Real estate also needs a lot of maintenance like in case of clogging of drains, leaking of roofs. Real estate is usually a hands-on investment. You have to put your time and energy to hold on to the investment.
