Professional Employer Organization or PEO are HR departments that are outsourced to small and medium enterprises. Engaging the PEO decreases an organization's overhead cost of hiring an internal HR team, instead, the employees are joint employees of both the business and the PEO. The PEO is imperative in providing support to any small organization and ensuring sustainability as well as growth for small and medium businesses.
