Professional Employer Organization or PEO are HR departments that are outsourced to small and medium enterprises. Engaging the PEO decreases an organization's overhead cost of hiring an internal HR team, instead, the employees are joint employees of both the business and the PEO. The PEO is imperative in providing support to any small organization and ensuring sustainability as well as growth for small and medium businesses. PEOs enhance the capabilities of small companies and allow them to enjoy a more competitive position. PEO's are considered as co-employ model services. According to this consulting service, the employees are on the PEO's accounts but are accountable to the business. PEOs help by handling human resources, payroll, employee training, and other training requirements.
