Self-destructive behavior is actually when someone is sure to do any harm to himself that can be done emotionally or physically. Here are some kinds of behavior.
Binge eating
Attempting suicide
Consuming alcohol and drugs
Burning causes harm by cutting hair off.

This kind of behavior often takes place when you are taking stress or trying to control your negative emotions, not letting them out of your mind. You start feeling anxious when you don’t feel good.
