You should keep your mind calm and practice mindfulness and make yourself aware of everything.
Try to identify why negative thoughts are coming into your mind? After identifying, try to overcome the problem or solve the issue immediately.

So for dealing with negative thoughts you have to restore them with thoughts that make you happy and better. Or you can take it as a challenge also and handle it with patience, and you can say to yourself that you can deal with it, this will make you stronger and will encourage you and will help you to conquer all your negative thoughts.
